HR Coaching

All leaders will work with people; and people are at the heart of Human Resources. We also know that people are complex and sometimes messy. Regardless of your tenure as a leader, Keider Consulting Group creates a personalized teaching experience to help you understand the importance of humans within your organization. We help leaders make the shift from transactional HR to transformative human development under the HR umbrella.

Leaders are often responsible for setting agendas and navigating engagement during team meetings. But what happens when you want to be part of the team conversation without the leadership hat?

Keider Consulting Group has expert facilitators, so meetings are focused, timely, and engaging. Your teams will no longer dread the two-hour meeting that goes in circles. We work together with team leaders on the problems of meeting practices, and support transparency in how we deliver information and action for teams to thrive in this setting. Using best practices in Adaptive Schools protocols, team leaders see us model expertise so they can learn and grow in their own facilitation style.

Leadership Coaching

Using the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® assessment to ground your understanding of what it takes to be an effective leader, we approach your goals and aspirations to leverage your strengths and manage the challenges presented to you along the way. 

 

We believe leadership involves being a present and conscientious teacher; so coaching toward leadership (whatever that means to you) will incorporate application of frameworks, theories, and practical strategies to build up your leadership skills and talents.

Usually scheduled twice per month, leaders experience how conversation structures are beneficial to target expectations for the here-and-now and the future. 

​

Self-Discovery

For four months, clients will immerse themselves in self-reflection, journaling, and goal setting as a way to establish confidence in their self-discovery, to find their true passion for what the future holds. 

 

Everything DiSC Workplace® is a self-assessment tool to help clients see their personality from four dimensions, and how to build relationships, motivations, challenges, and priorities that fit their personal preferences. Coaching every other week holds the client accountable to a thought-partner's expectations of how to pace change at a healthy rate.
